Our most popular program is our semi-private sessions; these sessions are where you have the option of training in a small group setting. There is always a trainer on-hand to guide and coach you throughout the entire course of your workout so you gain the expert advice and programming of a trainer while also having the added motivation and accountability of a group. Win-win!
